1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
1.2. Products must be unused, unassembled, and in their original condition and packaging.
1.3. A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
1.4. Custom or personalized furniture is non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.


2. Return Process

2.2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
2.3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
2.4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for returns. Freshrapic is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


3. Refund Policy

3.1. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
3.3. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
3.4. If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet our requirements, we reserve the right to deny the refund or charge a restocking fee.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.3. Freshrapic will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund based on the nature of the issue.
4.4. In cases of defective products, return shipping fees will be covered by Freshrapic.


5. Non-Returnable Items

5.1. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Assembled furniture.
    5.2. Any item not in its original condition or missing essential components may not be eligible for a return or refund.


6. Exchange Policy

6.1. Exchanges are allowed for eligible items of equal or lesser value.
